IMS High Availability Integration for APIs and Web Applications
This session will cover VIPA/DVIPA, sysplex distributor and IMS Connect with extensions for distributing workload and failover.

IMS modernization updates: what we’ve been working on and what’s to come
Join this session to learn more about the latest updates in the IMS modernization area. We will provide a high-level overview showcasing some of the strategies we implemented, such as automation, AI and application tooling which can help enhance your existing applications to drive growth in your organization.

IMS Catalog and IMS Managed ACBs
A walk through of the steps and considerations needed to implement a catalog and Managed ACBs.  Lastly, customer experiences using IMS Managed ACBs.

Automating and Self-provisioning IMS with Ansible
IMS features and capabilities to allow you to automate day-to-day IMS operational tasks and self-service provisioning your IMS systems with the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. Join this session to learn more about how to use Ansible to automate the setup of IMS Catalog and Managed ACB as well as self-provisioning an IMS system from the cloud.

Simplifying the administration of IMS and managing the catalog
You may be planning for or implementing the IMS catalog on your way to IMS managed ACBs, or to provide your applications with SQL access to your IMS databases. How does this both impact and help you as a DBA? In addition, how are you addressing the need the new IMS professionals? We’ll look at intuitive, consistent interfaces which will make the experience of understanding and administering your IMS environment easier and allow system programmers and DBAs to become proficient more quickly. You’ll also learn the best ways to manage the catalog database and how to use it to better understand your IMS database environment.
