Kirk Chadrick is the IBM Global Business Executive for the Enterprise DevOps solutions including leading a team of DevOps practice consultants. He has over 20+ years as a leader in multi-platform software delivery. Prior to his time at IBM, Kirk was a certified CMMI assessor and was the owner and president of a technology strategy consulting business and has certifications in Lean Management, Agile, and Design Thinking. He has also worked for Reed Elsevier, Lockheed Martin and Microsoft serving in various leadership roles covering application development and delivery, as well as executive program management, continuous improvement, and business agility consulting teams.

Minaz Merali is the Director for IBM Z DevOps. She works closely with clients and partners to accelerate their adoption of DevOps and journey to cloud. Minaz is part of IBM Canada where she has held several positions in the areas of Cloud, Data & Analytics and now IBM Z. She has lived in three different continents and has worked with clients globally to lead and transform their organizations.
