Kyle Charlet is the CTO for IBM Z Software and a Distinguished Engineer.

Kyle’s focus areas include the Application Platform, Hybrid Cloud and Compiler strategies. He continues to be involved in the cloud native developer experience and the API economy for IBM Z. His API economy focus involves API enablement of the platform to participate in hybrid cloud topologies as well as management and security of those APIs. His focus has been on bringing cloud value to Z in addition to Z value to cloud.
