IBM Z AIOps Virtual Lab – IBM Service Management Unite and IBM Z ChatOps December 6th

As IBM Z continues to be an integral part of customer’s mission critical infrastructure and hybrid cloud platform, IT operations must be modernized to support the journey to AIOps and Hybrid Cloud.

This lab session lets you explore IBM Service Management Unite (SMU), a web-based UI for your automation and monitoring environment on IBM Z, and IBM Z ChatOps which surfaces this information in chat platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams. Learn how SMU visualizes and consolidates information enabling next gen operators to quickly resolve problems and how IBM Z ChatOps enhances this with collaborative problem resolution capabilities.

You will be using your own computer to access a cloud-based virtual machine with access to the lab environment in order to follow the exercises described in the lab guide.

This virtual hands-on lab event is no charge. Registration is required.  Registrants will be placed in Pending Approval status and will be notified of approval when it is made.  Attendees must provide corporate contact information for enrollment approval.
