The IBM Service team are always ready to help you solve your most pressing problems, but in this session they will discuss some common problems that users have encountered and how they can be remedied.  Applying this knowledge to your CICS environment will allow you to avoid potential problems before they happen.

Hear about some cases that have arisen as customers attempted migrate to CICS 6.1 in order to avoid the same issues.  Get advice on what steps to take and documentation changes to note as you prepare your own environment for migration.
