This session provides an introductory, guided tour of the capabilities and underlying architecture of the AI agents for CICS TS, supported by real‑world use cases that demonstrate how the agents can accelerate decision‑making and enable rapid problem determination. We’ll walk through the end‑to‑end flow from input to outcome, outlining the underlying components and explaining how they interact securely with your enterprise systems to deliver meaningful results. The session will also detail the internal safeguards that allow agents to securely access the data they require, with no risk of any unintended modifications to your systems.

In the second part of the session, see how IBM Z IntelliMagic Vision provides AI agents which are designed to act as an experienced co-worker for CICS use cases, such as aiding with analyzing CICS transactions to improve reliability and performance.
