Martin Schneider is the Offering Leader for Db2 Analytics Accelerator, working in the IBM Research and Development Lab in Boeblingen, Germany. He held various positions in database engineering and technical sales before he became the product manager for the Accelerator, responsible for its strategy and positioning in the marketplace.
Offering Manager Data and AI on IBM Z

Joy Deng is an offering manager on the AI on Z team in the IBM Systems group, focusing on IBM Cloud Pak for Data on IBM Z. She is passionate about helping enterprises draw insights from their data to drive greater business value. Prior to working at IBM as an offering manager, Joy had advised global companies such as Coca-Cola and Wal-Mart to make data driven decisions to gain market share and save cost. Joy has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis with a major in marketing and minor in psychology, and also has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business with a certificate in Management Science and Technology Management. You can find her eating, drinking and exploring around the Raleigh, NC area where she lives with her husband and incredibly adorable baby.

Guillaume joined IBM in 1996 and started in the IBM z System Manufacturing Test Engineering before spending 2 years in Poughkeepsie, NY. In 2001, he joined the IBM Client Center in Montpellier, to work as a Performance Expert on DB2 for z/OS client benchmarks. After 10 years as the Technical Team Leader in the Smarter Banking Showcase, leading new developments and production platforms as well as engaging with customers, Guillaume is now Advanced Technical Sales Expert and leads the Analytics on z Solutions team. He works with solutions such as IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator, Watson Machine Learning for Z/OS, Db2 for z/OS, IBM Data Gate and Data Virtualization Manager for z/OS.
