Overview

Ever heard of a CICS Health Check? This is an analysis of one or more CICS regions to determine if the performance is optimal and identify configuration changes which could improve the CICS environment and its applications. While there are consultants who offer a health check service, you may want to perform your own health check. The speaker will identify key indicators of performance in the CICS statistics, monitoring data, and messages and provide guidance in interpreting this data.
