June 7, 2021 - June 10, 2021
6:00 AM EDT - 8:00 AM EDT
Don’t let a bug get you down. Learn key techniques to collect and analyze data to get your application back up and running in no time.
About this event
Our June IBM z/OS Academy is all about debugging on z/OS. We’ll explore various options to capture dumps and teach you how to leverage valuable diagnostic tools like GTF trace, CTRACE, and SLIP to collect important data. IBM’s experienced z/OS Support professionals will educate you on how to perform preliminary analysis of dumps and trace data using IPCS and will even include the diagnosis of ABEND0C4 and ABEND0C1 program checks.
Don’t get stumped, learn about z/OS dumps!
Sessions run from 9:00am – 11:00 am ET and will be taught by IBM z/OS Support experts who will be answering questions throughout the sessions and during the Q&A session immediately following the presentation. Whether you are new to IBM Z, or have extensive experience on the platform, you will learn valuable information from the following topics.
