This event will provide technical insights on how to identify VSAM datasets or Db2 objects with the right characteristics for optimization and cost reduction using IBM Z Table Accelerator.

Join this interactive discussion on September 14, 2021 where we’ll demo how to find hidden optimization opportunities in your mission-critical Db2 and/or VSAM workloads.

We’ll discuss how you can collect the right data (if you haven’t already done so following the webinar from August 19th) and share insights on how we identify the best candidates in each subsystem. You’ll learn how we evaluate Db2 tables and VSAM files for optimization and you’ll have the chance to ask questions specific to your environment. We’ll then help you understand what’s needed to create a strong business case you can bring to your organizational leadership.

This virtual hands-on lab event is no charge. As a ‘thank you’ for attending the webinar,  we will perform a free analysis (like the one we’ll show in this workshop) of your company’s data as a follow-up. Registration is required.  Registrants will be placed in Pending Approval status and will be notified of approval when it is made.  Attendees must provide corporate contact information for enrollment approval.
