How well is your IMS functioning? The need to keep up with your enterprise workload growth in light of technology and system enhancements can sometimes be a challenge or overlooked. This session describes simple and effective practices, parameters, and procedures to improve the reliability of your IMS system(s) and prevent avoidable unplanned service outages. The agenda addresses storage growth, locking, message queue problems, Logging, DBRC, restart, z/OS environmental issues and some miscellaneous areas.
