Come to this session to see debugging techniques used by the CICS Level 2 Support team

Overview

Come see some of the common problems that arrive into the L2 Support Center and learn the methods used for diagnosis. Problems can range from various abends, CICS Waits or Storage Violations, but this session will focus on debugging different types of performance problems.
We will be using IPCS as one of the problem determination tools and will review SMF 110 records.

Audience

z/OS Systems Programmers, z/OS Connect Administrators, CICS systems programmers, Security administrators, architects/leads, and managers.

Registrants will first be placed in Pending Approval status and will be notified of approval when it is made.
