In this session, Joseph will delve into the transformative capabilities of watson Code Assistant for z (wCA4z) and its pivotal role in application modernization on the IBM Z platform within a modern hybrid cloud architecture.

This will be followed by Amy Freeman, presenting on application modernization using IBM Wazi as a Service for z/OS Dev and Test.  Speed up your z/OS application development with the latest IBM tools, on demand test/development environments, flexible programmer/user training, and testing for version upgrades.  IBM WCA4Z can be a focal component of an on-demand environment with Wazi-aaS.

Shelly Meierarend will then talk to us about IBM Z Skills. We have the winning formula for building loyal, skilled talent! Come learn how you can take advantage of this program.

And, closing out the day, Tom Bish will provide everyone with an overview of IBM Z Cyber Vault. Description:

In December of 2014, Surly opened the new Destination Brewery, increasing production capacity to 100,000 barrels a year. Construction progressed through the coldest Minnesota winter in more than three decades, and record spring rainfall. The Surly way is not the easy way. Just a decade after the idea of Surly Brewing Co. began, the brewery is expanding distribution beyond Minnesota. Looks like Surly Brewing will be sticking around.
