Mr. Gustavson has created and customized unique analysis for customers in every line of business and geography worldwide, including providing help with product and services pricing based on competitive analysis. He and his team compare all technologies analyzing cost comparisons with business value assessment. Some examples of studies currently practiced include cloud, analytics, mobile, and IT benchmark assessments, as well as chargeback analysis to align charge policies with actual IT costs. He has over 25 years of prior experience on Wall Street with the banking industry and most recently, a major brokerage. This included all aspects of the mainframe along with Linux and WebSphere system administration.
