Summary

As organizations begin the journey to AIOps, they need to first establish monitoring and observability to be able to DETECT most issues. Once detected, sufficient information needs to be available to the right people at the right time, with the proper visualization and context to DECIDE what should be done to remediate the problem and correct the root cause. And once these are identified, they need to ACT to implement remediation and corrective action. IBM Z Monitoring provides real time monitoring to detect problems before they impact operations, with advanced alerting which can be used to escalate situations to the right teams. New ChatOps collaboration and deep coverage of critical subsystems on IBM Z enable rapid problem identification helping operators and subject matter experts quickly decide what to do. Take-Action integrated with System Automation speed up and improve accuracy of remedial actions. Learn how IBM Z Monitoring can help advance your journey to AIOps!
